Kiosk Use - Terms & Conditions Rules and Regulations The following rules and regulations apply to all visitors to or users of this Kiosk. By accessing any of the computer resources at this Kiosk, the user acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions. MasTec reserves the right to change these rules and regulations from time to time at its sole discretion. In the case of any violation of these rules and regulations, MasTec reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations. These rules and regulations apply to all Kiosk sessions, both now and in the future. Governing Law and Jurisdiction User access to this Kiosk is governed by all applicable federal, state and local laws. All information available from the Kiosk is subject to U.S. export control laws and may also be subject to the laws of the country where you reside. Access to Authorized Sites & Applications In general, you can use this Kiosk without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. The Kiosk has been restricted to only allow access to sites and applications that are related to your employment with MasTec. Additionally, many of the MasTec applications that you may attempt to access during your Kiosk session may require an authorized password for access. If you do not have such a password, you will need to make arrangements with your manager. Links to Other Sites The Kiosk may contain links to other sites. While we try to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices employed by other sites. Security of Collected Information We maintain strict physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized or inappropriate access. Workers who misuse personal information are subject to disciplinary action. Maximizing Your Kiosk Experience The Kiosk computer provides you access to various MasTec applications, your personal accounts, benefits, company news, training and much more. Kiosks and the associated printer are to be used for MasTec business purposes only. If the application supports printing, you’ll be able to print to the attached Kiosk printer only. The Kiosk computer does not allow you to import or export data. This protects the confidentiality of your personal information. Remember, once you’re finished using the Kiosk equipment, make sure you: Exit from any applications that you used and return to the Kiosk home page. Make sure you take all printouts and personal belongings with you. MasTec is not responsible for any losses that arise if the employee doesn’t close all applications and remove all printed documents from the printer.
